Demetres, founded in Toronto in 1989, is the genuine original dessert restaurant.

For over 30 years, we’ve had the pleasure of serving our craft ice creams and luxurious desserts to millions of guests across the Greater Toronto Area through our 13 restaurants.

Expanding our culinary artistry, we are thrilled to introduce our collection of 18 exquisite ice cream flavors, now available in select premium grocery stores throughout Ontario.

Further enhancing our legacy, we proudly present our bespoke ice cream boutiques, Scooped By Demetres. Here, we offer a constantly evolving selection of 20 meticulously crafted, unique ice cream flavors, each a testament to our commitment to culinary excellence and innovation.
