Erik Bomans is a seasoned executive in the legal and investment sectors, currently serving as CEO of Deminor since September 2013, overseeing the company's daily operations across investment recovery, anti-trust actions, and commercial litigation funding. Prior to this role, Erik was a Partner at Deminor International from April 1995 to September 2013, focusing on investor protection and corporate governance. Earlier in Erik's career, experience as a Senior Lawyer at Linklaters involved working on M&A transactions and corporate disputes. Erik holds a Master of Arts in International/Global Studies from Johns Hopkins SAIS, a European Diploma in Financial Analysis from ABAF-CEFA, and a Master in Law from KU Leuven, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université de Namur.
