Raziya Havazova has extensive experience in digital transformation and methodology within the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of the Digital Transformation and Digital Marketing Department at Demir Kyrgyz International Bank since September 2019. Raziya has previously held multiple leadership roles within the bank, including Head and Deputy Head of the Methodology and Process Organization Department. Prior to this, Raziya worked as a Senior Specialist in the Methodology & Organization Department at Demirbank from September 2015 to September 2018 and as a Specialist in the Methodology and Processes Organization Department at Demir Kyrgyz International Bank from October 2011 to October 2015. Raziya holds a degree from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (2003-2008) and is currently pursuing further education at Devcit AUCA since March 2018.
