Demitri Pallis

Demitri Pallis has extensive experience in the beverage industry. In 1989, they founded Demitri's Gourmet Mixes, Inc. and created the highly successful Demitri's Bloody Mary Seasoning, which is known for its natural ingredients and consistent taste. Demitri served as the CEO of the company until 2015. Prior to starting their own business, Pallis worked as a bartender at New Orleans from 1987 to 1990, and at Jake O'Shaughnessey's from 1984 to 1987.

Demitri Pallis attended Bellevue College from 1981 to 1982. After that, they enrolled in Washington State University from 1982 to 1983, pursuing a degree in business.
