Ossian Mendoza

Ossian Mendoza is a Chilean-American artist and designer based in Chicago, IL. Ossian is currently the Art Director at Demo Duck, a video production company that creates explainer videos for startups and businesses. Prior to joining Demo Duck, Ossian worked as a freelance Motion Graphics Designer for Magnet Media, Inc. and ideaMachineStudio. Ossian has also interned at GREENPOINT PICTURES and PRATT INSTITUTE.

Ossian's illustration and motion graphics have been featured in various short films, music videos, and commercials. Their work is marked by its use of bright colors and bold patterns. In addition to their professional work, Ossian is passionate about teaching and mentoring young artists. Ossian has taught courses on Motion Graphics and After Effects at DePaul University and Columbia College Chicago.

Ossian Mendoza has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Arts and Animation from the Pratt Institute.

They work with Kelsie Ozamiz - Associate Creative Director, Aimé Delattre - Art Director, and Theresa Brooks - Executive Producer. Their manager is Colin Hogan, Managing Director.
