Gaby Alvarado

Gaby Alvarado is a seasoned professional in digital strategy and policy advisory, currently serving as a Senior Digital Strategist at Democracy Forward since January 2025. Prior to this role, Gaby held multiple positions at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, including Policy Advisor and Special Advisor to both the Acting Director and Deputy Director, as well as serving as a Confidential Assistant. Gaby's experience also includes serving as Lead Account Strategist and Digital Strategist at Mothership Strategies, alongside earlier roles in various organizations such as Markham, End Citizens United, and EMILY's List. Gaby began a career in public service through internships at the Permanent Mission of Ecuador to the United Nations and CHC BOLD PAC. Gaby earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from American University, graduating in 2020.
