Lauren Strayer

Lauren Strayer is the Managing Director of Communications and Network at Democracy Fund since August 2014. Prior to this role, Lauren has held positions such as Director of Communications, Manager of Communications at various nonprofit organizations. Lauren has extensive experience in strategic communications, fundraising, and policy development. Lauren has also previously worked as an Associate Producer at Air America Radio and Executive Director at New Democracy Project. Lauren holds an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Michigan.
