Amara Nogee

Amara Nogee is a seasoned visual arts professional with a diverse background in graphic design and art instruction. Since October 2015, Amara has served as the Senior Visual Arts Manager and Graphic Designer at Democracy Prep Public Schools. In addition to this role, Amara has been a Freelance Artist since 2008, showcasing artistic capabilities through various projects. Previous experience includes serving as an Art Instructor at Ashcan Studio of Art and a Graphic Designer for the Long Island Children's Museum, both from 2009 to 2015. Amara also held the position of Music Instructor at Kathryn Brickell Music during the same period and worked as an Image Editor for The Doneger Group early in 2009. Amara began a career in the arts as a Slide Room Assistant at William Paterson University while obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, completing studies in 2008.
