Mike Pechter

Mike Pechter has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the education and nonprofit sectors. Mike is currently working as a Data Associate at Democracy Works since April 2022. Prior to this, from September 2019 to May 2022, they were a Program Manager at Play On Philly. At Play On Philly, they also served as the Director of PEAC from November 2016 to June 2019, and held the positions of Early Childhood Music Teacher and Lead Teaching Artist from September 2013 to September 2017. In addition, they briefly worked as an Academic Director at Rock to the Future in 2013, where they provided tutoring, music lessons, and ensemble coaching to an underserved population.
