Ryan Pierson

Ryan Pierson has over 8 years of professional work experience. In 2014, they co-founded Design To Table and in 2015 they worked as a Design Research Assistant at KBL Studios. From 2016 to 2019, Ryan held various roles, including Director of Design and Marketing at Headwater Foods, UX Designer at ischool SALT Lab, Designer at Darigold, and UX Designer (pro bono) at DemocracyLab. In 2020, they held two roles: Lead Designer at Shelburne Craft School and Design Team Lead at Barn2Door, Inc. Most recently, in 2021, Ryan became a Woodworking Instructor and Designer/Woodworker at Bien Hecho, and in 2022 they began working as a Product Designer at Democracy Works.

Ryan Pierson attended Syracuse University from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelors of IID in Industrial & Interaction Design.
