Emily Norman

Emily Norman currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Democratic Data Exchange, a position held since March 2022. Previously, Emily held the role of Chief Data, Analytics and Product Development Officer at NYC Health + Hospitals' Test and Trace Corps, focusing on technology development for COVID-19 response. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Innovation Officer for Cory2020, overseeing key campaign divisions, and holding the title of National Data and Analytics Director for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee during the Florida recount. Emily's career also features roles at Global Strategy Group, Union Privilege, USA for UNHCR, Oscar Insurance, Hillary For America, and KIPP DC, accumulating significant expertise in analytics, data management, and strategic planning. Emily holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College.
