Heather Kashner

Heather Kashner is the Chief Operating Officer at Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee since November 2021. Heather is the Owner of COR, a company that helps develop effective leaders and build productive corporate cultures. Heather has a background in various roles such as State and Local Director at EMILY's List, Country Director/Senior Advisor at National Democratic Institute, and Director of Purchasing for Packaging at Lutron Electronics Company. Heather holds a BA in Government & Law from Lafayette College and MSc in Consulting & Coaching for Change from HEC Paris and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
