Christopher Lowe

Christopher Lowe is an experienced finance professional serving as a Member of the National Finance Committee and the Harris Victory Fund since May 2023. Currently, Christopher is a Board Member and Chair of the Investment Committee at Cordelio Power and a Managing Member at C2 Energy Capital and MH33 Consulting LLC, with advisory roles in various organizations. Christopher holds the position of Partner and Chief Investment Officer at SteelRiver Infrastructure Partners and has played significant roles in the Democratic National Committee as an Appointed "At-Large" Member and Deputy National Finance Chair. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Noble Environmental Power, as well as leading the Americas Resources & Energy Group at HSBC Securities. Christopher holds a BA and MA in Mathematics from St Catharine's College, University of Cambridge.
