Lance Allen

Lance Allen has a diverse background in campaign management and education, currently serving as Campaign Lead at Democrats for the Illinois House since August 2022. Previously, Lance held roles as Regional Field Director and Senior Organizer at For Our Future from July 2021 to August 2022 and worked as a Field Organizer at CADC-LLC from September 2020 to August 2021, where responsibilities included recruiting canvassers and building local networks. Prior experiences include positions at Great Circle, buybuy BABY, Epworth Children & Family Services, and Peoria Public Schools District 150, along with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from McKendree University, earned in 2013.
