Paul Hallett has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and executive leadership. From 2001 to 2005, they were the Head of Corporate Finance for China at Baker Tilly (now RSM). In this role, they provided clients with executive level advice and support in relation to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, management buyouts, and a broad range of corporate restructurings. Paul was also involved in due diligence and investment structuring for a media group acquiring controlling stakes in Chinese media assets, prior to listing of the group itself on the HK stock exchange, as well as the unwinding of a failed merger of a 100-person ERP systems integration firm and subsequent sale of the company to a US security and systems integration group. In 2005, Paul Hallett became the CEO and Cofounder of Demographics Pro, Inc., a leading provider of social media analytics. Paul worked together with agencies and powered many leading analytics and influencer marketing dashboards by white-label API. Theirdemographics have given actionable insight to marketing professionals and social media analysts with more than 10,000 consumer and media brands.

Paul Hallett obtained a Master's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford between 1984 and 1987. In 1993, they obtained a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) certification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
