Ksenia Stillwell

Ksenia Stillwell is an experienced General Manager with a strong background in restaurant management. Currently serving as General Manager at Radish Kitchen since May 2024, Stillwell previously held similar roles at Delaware North for the BetMGM Sports Lounge Restaurant, Vanderbilt University for campus dining, and First Watch Restaurants, among others. Notable earlier experiences include positions at Pulqueria and various Richard Sandoval Restaurants where responsibilities included staff training, event management, scheduling, and daily operations. Stillwell also has a solid foundation in beverage management from time spent at Sugar Mountain. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Dutchess Community College.

Great food always has a history. Ours began in 1943 when, at the age of 9, Jim Demos began working with his father Pete in their small, family owned restaurant in Birmingham, Alabama. As a Greek immigrant family, the Demos knew the important of offering exceptional food with authentic ingredients at quality prices. Because of our strong belief that many people enjoy eating in restaurants that offer memorable dishes at a good honest value, we have spent many years developing and collecting authentic recipes from our family, many parts of the country and overseas. Being part of a family that is rich in restaurant traditions has afforded us the opportunity to establish our restaurant as a place where people can enjoy a unique dining experience – one that features exceptional service and a variety of heritage dishes, all handmade with fresh ingredients and served in generous portions.
