Parker Lester

Parker Lester is an experienced construction professional currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Dempsey Construction, Inc. since July 2023 and as a Managing Partner at Paragon Venture Group LLC since March 2022. Previously, Parker held the position of Project Engineer at Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, where responsibilities included managing over $110 million in contracts, coordinating subcontractor documentation, and assisting in quality control program development. Earlier experience includes roles as a founder of CJ Boards and various internship positions at Wilcox Construction and MOD Pizza, along with a construction internship focused on concrete management.
