Aoife Fallon Lee

Aoife Fallon Lee ACA has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Aoife is currently working as the Head of Finance at Demyst, where they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Financial Reporting at the same company from January 2022 to January 2023. Before joining Demyst, Aoife worked as a Contractor at the company from October 2021 to January 2022.

Aoife has also worked at Pepper Financial Services Group as a Group Accounting and Controls Manager from August 2018 to September 2021. Aoife'sresponsibilities included managing accounting and controls for the group.

Earlier in their career, Aoife worked at EY as an Assistant Manager from December 2015 to April 2018. In this role, they managed sub-teams on large audit engagements and supported the management team with budgeting, forecasting, and team management. Aoife was also directly involved in the IFRS15 transition for a client in the aviation industry.

Before EY, Aoife worked at UHY Haines Norton Sydney as an Auditor from October 2014 to November 2015. Aoife was responsible for planning and executing audits, evaluating internal controls, and preparing financial statements in accordance with various accounting standards.

Prior to that, Aoife worked as a GL Accountant at UPS Ireland from July 2013 to May 2014. Aoife'sresponsibilities included ledger preparation, month-end close activities, and fixed asset accounting.

Aoife started their career at Smith & Williamson Freaney as an Audit Senior from October 2008 to June 2013. Aoife also worked as an Audit Senior at Edwards Marshall Pty Ltd from June 2012 to October 2012 and as a Financial Accountant at Petrogas Ireland Ltd from June 2011 to December 2011.

Aoife Fallon Lee ACA obtained a Bachelor's degree of Business (Accounting) from Technological University Dublin, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Aoife later pursued a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland. In April 2012, they obtained the certification of ACA Accountant from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
