Kunal Verma

Kunal Verma has extensive experience in taxation, having worked in various companies in roles such as AVP Finance, Head Taxation, Manager Taxation, and Manager Accounts & Taxation. Kunal is currently leading the Tax function at DEN Networks Limited and its subsidiaries, overseeing compliance, advisory, and litigation in areas such as Direct taxes and Indirect taxes. Kunal has also implemented GST at DEN and its subsidiaries, and maintains relationships with tax authorities. Additionally, Kunal has completed multiple educational programs related to taxation, including a Diploma in International Taxation and a Certificate Course in Goods & Service Tax.
