Tobias Hinchely Pedersen

Tobias Hinchely Pedersen is the Executive Director and Owner of Den Sidste Flaske, a wine company based in Denmark. Tobias was previously the owner of Bacchus Box, a wine club that operated from June 2018 to September 2020.

Tobias has always been passionate about wine, starting from when they worked as a kiosk girl in a cinema. This led him to eventually start their own wine company, with the goal of creating a new, modern perspective on an otherwise conservative and dull industry.

Bacchus Box was designed to be a monthly subscription service that would send hand-selected wines to members' homes, along with a mini magazine called Bacchus Bladet. The magazine would contain information about the wine of the month, as well as other general wine knowledge.

In September 2020, Tobias decided to merge Bacchus Box into Den Sidste Flaske, in order to focus all their efforts on one company. Tobias remains dedicated to providing an enjoyable and educational experience for all their customers.

Tobias Hinchely Pedersen received a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade from Copenhagen Business School. Prior to that, they completed their high school education with a focus in Humanities, Languages, and Scientific Studies from Aabenraa Statsskole.
