Denali brings an outstanding team to fill a variety of roles including owner's engineer, project management, multidiscipline design, field engineering and commissioning.

We recognize that we are in the people business! Therefore we hold in higher regard "soft skills", compared to "hard skills". This is why we say "Projects rarely fail due to technical reasons".

Our Soft Skills Hierarchy

INTEGRITY - Doing the right thing, even when nobody is looking, and also honoring our commitments by following through on what we say we are going to do AND addressing it when we fail to do so.

SERVICE - The act of helping another. This applies to our co-workers, clients and competitors, and also extends to those in need in our community.

COMMUNICATION - It is important to be able to share information clearly and efficiently. It is equally important to communicate to resolve interpersonal conflicts.

Our team has a broad experience across a number of industries including power, oil & gas, aerospace, nuclear and commercial. In these industries we have experience from front end studies, to design, to construction, to commissioning, to decommissioning and demolition. We have also served a number of clients including Xcel Energy, NVEnergy, SoCalGas, the DOD, the DOE, municipalities and the EPA.
