Sara Sarnstrom

Sara Sarnstrom has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and food safety, currently serving as Regulatory Compliance Manager at Denali Ingredients since May 2019, after previously holding the position of Regulatory Compliance Supervisor. Prior to this role, Sara contributed to Chr. Hansen A/S from May 2013 to May 2019 as both Regulatory Affairs Specialist and Raw Material Compliance Specialist. Sara's career began at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, where responsibilities included serving as a Carepartner from May 2008 to November 2013. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Food Safety and a Certificate in International Food Law from Michigan State University, along with a Bachelor of Science degree from Alverno College.
