Launa Johnson

Launa Johnson has over 30 years of accounting experience. Launa began their career in 1990 as a Staff Accountant at Linda G. Markgraf, CPA. In this role, they were responsible for billing, A/R, A/P, bookkeeping, payroll returns, financial statements, audits, Timeslips, and Lacerte tax preparation input. In 1997, they became a Financial Analyst and Bookkeeper at The Estate Advisory Group, where they prepared and created complex excel spreadsheets with interactive financial statements to aid in estate planning. Launa also created payroll excel spreadsheets and administered payroll for the firm's three companies. In 2009, they began volunteering as a Treasurer for Silver Pointe COA, a non-profit organization of 152 homes. In this role, they used accounting principles to analyze, project, and preserve operating and reserve funds. In 2013, they began partnering with Denali Financial Consulting as an Accountant, where they have done full cycle accounting for Portent, Inc. and Skycast Solutions, Inc. Launa is also the owner and accountant of PM Johnson, Inc. dba Clean Books Financial Services, a full service bookkeeping, financial statement, and consulting service.

Launa Johnson holds a Masters and BS in Managerial Accounting and a Minor in English from Brigham Young University. Launa also holds an Associate's degree in Child Development and Family Relations from the same university.
