Hoa Nguyen Thi

Hoa Nguyen Thi has a diverse range of work experience. Hoa currently works as a Sales Team Lead for Denave since 2021. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2020, they worked as an Inside Sales Representative for Denave Malaysia, where they were responsible for driving Microsoft SMB business in Vietnam and working closely with internal auditing teams to launch compliance campaigns.

Before joining Denave Malaysia, Hoa worked as an Inside Sales Representative for SELLBYTEL Group from 2014 to 2015. Hoa also has experience as a Freelance Market Research Executive for Datapulse Networks in 2013, conducting primary research and market surveys in Malaysia and Vietnam.

Hoa's earlier work experience includes being a Lecturer of Psychology at Bacgiang Politics Institute from 2011 to 2012, and an Executive Customer Service at Predict JSC from 2008 to 2011, where they answered customer calls, supported sales teams, and provided technical guidance to customers.

Hoa Nguyen Thi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Psychology from Hanoi University of Education and Training, completing their studies from 2004 to 2008. Hoa further pursued a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from the same university, graduating from 2008 to 2010.
