Wilmer Hoffman

Wilmer Hoffman has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Wilmer started their career at BP in 2003, where they worked as a Well Interventions Engineer, overseeing various projects and supervising electric line units. Wilmer then joined BHP Billiton in 2014, where they served as a Workover Superintendent and later as a Senior Production Engineer, responsible for well performance and intervention activities. In 2018, Hoffman joined Denbury Inc. as a Senior Wells Engineer and eventually became the Optimization Team Lead and Artificial Lift Specialist, managing production optimization and artificial lift practices.

Wilmer Hoffman pursued their education from 1998 to 2003 at the University of Oklahoma, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Drive Results with Talent" from ADVISA in August 2023.
