Margot Molander

Margot Molander is a Scientist I at Dendreon, a position held since March 2011, where contributions include developing and executing experiments to enhance the manufacturing process. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Technologist II at the University of Washington from January 2007 to February 2011, managing a colony of over 70 strains of knock-out and transgenic mice, as well as defining CD4 and CD8 epitopes for the HIV rev gene. Margot also worked as a Manufacturing Technician at Targeted Genetics in 2006, focusing on bioreactor operations and cell infection with adenovirus, and completed an internship at Dendreon in 2004 studying apoptosis using flow cytometry. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Harvey Mudd College.
