Hesham El Nashar

Hesham El Nashar has a strong and diverse background in technical services and management. Hesham started their career at CyberShouts, where they owned and operated a successful hosting business. Hesham then worked at CaroNet/Assorted Internet as a Project Manager. Hesham later joined NetBenefit as an Account Manager, where they successfully managed numerous accounts and exceeded sales targets.

In 2011, Hesham joined Emarsys as a Technical Integration Manager, where they played a crucial role in providing technical support, leading pre-sales meetings, and responding to RFPs. Hesham quickly progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Technical Services Director and Head of Technical Services.

At Emarsys, Hesham established and led various departments, including the global consultancy department, professional services department, and a new line of services. Hesham recruited and trained high-achieving consultants, managed budgets and resources, and implemented processes to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. In addition, Hesham successfully launched and integrated a loyalty platform for major clients.

Most recently, Hesham joined D•engage as the Vice President of Technical Services. In this role, they built and led a global support team, established new departments, and implemented helpdesk support processes to improve response and resolution time.

Hesham El Nashar holds a PostGraduate Certificate (PGCert) in Management Information Systems, General, which was completed at the University of Liverpool from 2015 to 2016. Hesham also obtained an MB BCh degree in Internal medicine and General Surgery from the Medical School - Cairo University, where they studied from 1999 to 2005. Hesham's education continued with a Master's degree in the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Alexandria University, where they studied from 2016 to 2021.
