Hesham El Nashar has a strong and diverse background in technical services and management. Hesham started their career at CyberShouts, where they owned and operated a successful hosting business. Hesham then worked at CaroNet/Assorted Internet as a Project Manager. Hesham later joined NetBenefit as an Account Manager, where they successfully managed numerous accounts and exceeded sales targets.

In 2011, Hesham joined Emarsys as a Technical Integration Manager, where they played a crucial role in providing technical support, leading pre-sales meetings, and responding to RFPs. Hesham quickly progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Technical Services Director and Head of Technical Services.
