Fernanda Cazerta

Fernanda Cazerta is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently, Fernanda serves as the Head de Supply Chain at Dengo Chocolates since January 2025. Prior to this role, Fernanda held significant positions such as Head of S&OP and Category Management at Mara from January 2022 to January 2025, and Head of S&OP and Supply Planning at BDF NIVEA BRASIL from September 2020 to January 2022. Fernanda's earlier career includes various leadership roles at Diageo, including Head of Production and Material Scheduling for LATAM and Head of Demand and Supply Planning for Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay. Additionally, Fernanda has management experience at Danone in roles such as Supply Chain - Activity Planning Manager and Customer Service Manager. Fernanda began the professional journey as a Procurement Intern at Unilever and a Production Control Intern at Elekeiroz SA, following the completion of a degree at USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2009.
