Justin Gilson

Justin Gilson is currently the Vice President of Tax Reporting and Compliance at Denham Capital, overseeing tax reporting and compliance for Denham Funds with $9bn in committed capital. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Tax Manager and Senior Tax Accountant, managing tax filings, preparing taxable income calculations, and implementing new processes. Justin also has experience as a Senior Tax Accountant at Ernst & Young, leading tax compliance engagements for various industries. Justin holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University, a Master of Science in Accounting from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College.
