Morshed Rana has extensive experience in the garment industry, having held various positions since 2005. Currently, Morshed serves as a Manager at Denim Expert Ltd. since February 2015, overseeing operations. Prior to this, Morshed worked as a Senior Merchandiser at Imperial Impact Bangladesh Ltd. since February 2013, focusing on resolving manufacturing and quality issues through independent correspondence with customers and makers. Morshed also held the position of Merchandiser at Kenpark Bangladesh Apparel (PVT) Limited from November 2010 to January 2013, where responsibilities included managing the garment manufacturing process and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Earlier, Morshed was a Merchandiser at Norwest Industries Ltd. (September 2008 - October 2010) and an Assistant Merchandiser at GoldTex Garments Ltd. (January 2005 - August 2008). Morshed holds a Diploma in Merchandising from Chittagong College.

Denim Expert Limited boasts a golden past that has contributed to the present success of the company. The journey started at 1999 with a team of four people. This team provided a kind of local service that helped in developing this kind of business. Then the first denim brand, MAS Jeans was established in the same year. In 2004, this company possesses a new brand office to remind their identity in the European market. After that, Denim Expert Limited did not look back. They took four plots in the Karnaphuli EPZ and earned the recognition of being the first Bangladesh-Netherlands joint venture in the whole country. New machines and equipments were used to develop the garment manufacturing. In 2009, more four million USD was invested in the washing plant.Now, the washing plant is being run as a separate business.
