Geoff Smith

Geoff Smith is a corporate executive, corporate director, and former investment banker with a passion for climate, energy transition, and natural resources. They currently serve on the board of directors for EMX Royalty Corporation and hold the position of VP Corporate Development & Commercial at Denison Mines Corp. Previously, Geoff was the President & Chief Operating Officer at Carbon Streaming Corporation and worked as a Managing Director in Metals & Mining Investment Banking at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Queen's University and a Diploma in European Management from IECS - The Strasbourg Graduate School of Management.
