Dirk Schaper

Dirk Schaper currently serves as the Head of Project Management Office at Dennemeyer since July 2016, focusing on global project management development to foster business growth in new IP services. Previously, Dirk held multiple leadership roles at Unify from April 2007 to June 2016, including Head of Solution Engineering Southeast Germany, where responsibilities included sales opportunities and public tender processing, and Head of Consulting & Design, overseeing a team of solution architects and consultants. Dirk also served as a Senior Project Manager, managing complex telecommunication projects, and held a VP position addressing grey market governance, successfully reducing partner complaints. Earlier experience includes positions at Siemens from 2000 to March 2007, such as Regional Service Manager for IberoAmerica, where Dirk expanded service businesses in Latin America, and Process Development Manager, implementing service processes across various countries.
