Tom Secker-Walker Frsa

Tom Secker-Walker FRSA has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Tom currently serves as the Vice President of Training, Retention & Customer Experience at Dennis & Co. Auto Group since October 2021.

Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Consultant at Best Dressed Golfer LLC starting from December 2017.

From January 2013 to June 2022, Tom was the Managing Director of TSW INCLUSION CONSULTING LIMITED, where they played a leadership role.

Tom also worked as a Consultant at Included from November 2020 to October 2021 and as an Operational Specialist from June 2016 to December 2018.

Before that, Tom worked as an Assistant Director in the Global Diversity & Inclusiveness team at EY from January 2015 to June 2016.

Tom was a valuable member of the Diversity and Inclusion team at LOCOG from October 2008 to November 2012, where they worked as a Diversity and Inclusion Co-ordination Manager and later as a Workforce Operations Manager for the London 2012 Games.

In addition, Tom worked as an Associate at Savills from August 2007 to June 2008, providing comprehensive reports and analysis for clients in the real estate industry.

Tom also gained sales experience as a Sales Consultant at Iles Property from 2005 to 2007, and as a Sales Manager at Winkworth from 2004 to 2005.

Tom Secker-Walker FRSA earned a Bsc Hons degree in Hotel & Catering Management from Oxford Brookes University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. In addition, they obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in 2021.
