Matt Yuandong Wang, PhD, PE, LEED AP, M ASCE, currently holds multiple roles within the American Society of Civil Engineers, including Corresponding Member of the Committees on Pre-college Outreach and Student Activities, as well as serving as a Board Member of the Committee on Education. As a Senior Structural Engineer (Design-Build) at Dennis Group since November 2020, Matt has previously worked as a Project Engineer at BHB Structural and gained academic experience as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Utah. Early career experience includes working as a Structural Engineer and Research Staff at the China Academy of Building Research and serving as a Structural Engineer (Owner) at Tsingtao Brewery Co., Ltd. Matt earned a PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of Utah and a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture.
