Paul Sturdgess BSc is a seasoned professional in the health and social care sector, currently serving as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Dennis Realty & Investment Corporation since January 2022. As the Managing Director and Owner of Blossoms Care Services Ltd since April 2008, Paul has extensive experience in assisted living operations. Previous roles include Instructor and Consultant at the Florida Assisted Living Association and Chief Executive Officer of Blossoms Workforce Academy LLC. Paul also contributed as Owner, Trainer and Consultant at Blossoms Assisted Living 1, LLC and Blossoms Support Services LLC. With a BSc in Health and Social Care (Honours) from The Open University and an MA in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities from the University of Kent, Paul is a recognized Core Trainer for Assisted Living with the Department of Elder Affairs in Florida.
