Tracy Echols is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and strategic leadership. Currently serving as a Realtor Associate at Dennis Realty & Investment Corporation since January 2015, Tracy brings 23 years of real estate expertise and is a life-long native Floridian. As President and CEO of Tracy Echols and Associates, Inc. since July 2014, Tracy oversees strategic planning and accountability while focusing on quality improvement and customer satisfaction. In addition, Tracy contributes as a Court Services Operations Analyst at the Hernando County Clerk of Circuit Court, enhancing performance measures and fostering positive team dynamics. With a longstanding role as a Regional Leader at Primerica since November 1998, Tracy empowers individuals to achieve financial goals through education. Previous positions include Owner of The Abundance Advantage and Executive Director of Communities In Schools of Hernando County. Tracy holds a B.A. in Sociology and Business from Stetson University.
