Elisa Kalakosky Rn

Elisa Kalakosky is an experienced registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification. Elisa has a diverse work history, with their most recent role being the Director of Clinical Operations at Denova Collaborative Health since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Bayless Integrated Healthcare from December 2022 to July 2023. Before their director roles, they served as a Clinical Nursing Manager at Steward Health Care from August 2022 to December 2022. Elisa also has extensive experience in oncology, having worked as the Director of Clinical Services at Arizona Oncology from March 2014 to August 2022. Elisa began their nursing career as a Registered Nurse at Banner Health from May 2006 to March 2014.

Elisa Kalakosky RN, BSN, OCN completed their education in the field of nursing. Elisa obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Grand Canyon University in 2014. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Gateway Community College. Elisa Kalakosky also holds an additional certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) from the Arizona State Board of Nursing, which they obtained in 2019.
