Nicole Thompson

Nicole Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple healthcare organizations. Nicole started their career in 2005 at Banner Health, where they worked in various roles including ICU, ED, SWAT, and pre-op, providing excellent patient care for 18 years. Nicole also served as an ACLS provider educator, ACO case manager, and discharge RN patient educator.

In 2020, Nicole joined Bayless Integrated Healthcare as a Supervisor of Wellness Services, overseeing the wellness team. Their responsibilities included managing the team and ensuring client satisfaction. Nicole left the company in 2022.

Nicole is currently working at denova Collaborative Health as the Director of Wellness Services. Nicole leads a team of 10+ individuals and focuses on restructuring and improving client outcomes by utilizing data management and project feedback. Nicole is dedicated to enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.

In addition to their other roles, Nicole also worked at Hospice of the Valley as a Registered Nurse for a brief period from July 2020 to January 2021.

Nicole Thompson obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Grand Canyon University from 2002 to 2005. Nicole also acquired a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Registered Nursing at the same institution.
