Pete Giles

Peter Giles is a seasoned professional with significant experience in multi-family operations and environmental consulting. Since July 2015, Peter has held the position of Director of Multi-Family Operations at Denova Homes, where previous roles included Project Manager and Superintendent. Prior to this, Peter worked at Terra Verde Environmental Consulting from July 2011 to July 2015 as a Resource Specialist, focusing on environmental inspections for construction projects across California and managing project administration tasks. Earlier experience includes serving as a Field Technician at Padre Associates, Inc. and a Natural Resources Intern for the City of San Luis Obispo. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry and Natural Resources from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained between 2006 and 2011.
