Damian le Gresley

Damian Le Gresley has a strong background in software engineering and management roles. Damian currently holds the position of Head of Software at Dense Air. Prior to this, Damian worked at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence where they held various roles including Defence Capabilities Business Manager, Engineering Platform Transformation Project Lead, Infrastructure and Deployment Engineering Practice Head, Head of Engineering Platforms and Tools, Infrastructure Migration Workstream Lead, and Head of Engineering Improvement. Before joining BAE Systems, they served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Cisco Systems, where they led a team of engineers working on small cell technology. Damian's early career included roles at Ubiquisys and Motorola, where they gained experience in software development and firmware engineering. Overall, Damian possesses a diverse range of experience in software engineering, project management, team leadership, and business operations.

Damian Le Gresley attended Hautlieu School in Jersey from 1992 to 1996. Damian did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during this time. Later, from 1996 to 2000, they enrolled at the University of Bath, where they obtained a degree in MEng (Electrical and Electronic Engineering).
