Manish Vaishnav

Manish Vaishnav has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Manish is currently working as the Director RAN at Dense Air since 2022. Prior to that, they were with AT&T for an impressive tenure from 2005 to 2022, where they held the position of Manager. In this role, Manish acted as a Technical Lead for 4G and 5G RAN improvements, as well as contributed to strategy discussions on 5G rollouts and led customer improvement efforts.

Before joining AT&T, Manish was an RF Engineer at Bechtel in 2004, where they were responsible for RF Design and Optimization for 2G and 3G networks. Manish also performed site acceptance and drive route reviews, along with developing design documents and approving site candidates for new site builds and capacity adds. Prior to Bechtel, Manish worked as an RF Engineer at WFI from 1999 to 2004.

At the start of their career, Manish worked at Qualcomm as an Engineer from 1997 to 1999. In this role, they provided technical support for pre-sales and business development, offering technical recommendations for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with various customers across India.

Overall, Manish Vaishnav has proven expertise in RAN management, optimization, and strategy development, making him a valuable asset in the telecommunications industry.

Manish Vaishnav completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Maharaja SayajiRao University. Manish studied at the university from 1993 to 1997.
