Varnika has managed marketing strategies, brand communication, PR campaigns, and digital marketing campaigns. Varnika has also worked as a journalist at BBC, CNBC-TV18, and Sahara India, showcasing their diverse skill set in communication and media.

Varnika Kukreja began their education at Bhatnagar International School before achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2009. Varnika then pursued a Master's Degree in Broadcast Journalism at The University of Sheffield from 2009 to 2011. Varnika later attended the London School of Journalism from 2010 to 2011 to study Media Law with a focus on General Reporting. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Effective Business Writing from the University of Waterloo.
