Eileen O'Donnell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, customer support, and operations. Currently serving as Certification Project Manager at the Dental Assisting National Board since January 2020, Eileen oversees stakeholder applications, payment processes, and resource allocation. Previous roles include Payment Operations Specialist and Customer Support Specialist at Trunk Club, where Eileen managed accounts receivable, fraud identification, and customer interactions. Dental Assisting National Board
The Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) was founded in 1980 and is the organization responsible for dental assistant certifications. A total of nearly 37,000 dental assistants are DANB certified nationwide. DANB is a nonprofit organization that is part of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence. The CDA and COA certification programs offeredby DANB have been accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
