Adam Richichi, MBA has extensive work experience in the dental industry. Adam served as the Chief Executive Officer at Archway Dental Partners and Dental Associates of CT starting in 2016. In 2017, they founded Novo Strategy Advisors. Additionally, Adam was the Chief Operating Officer at Jurim Dental Studio & IntegratedDENTAL in 2016. Adam also co-founded Jurim Dental Academy in 2015. Prior to these roles, Adam was the Director of Operations at New York Dental Management Group from 2005 to 2016 and the Managing Director at The Geller Dental Group, P.C. from 2001 to 2016. Furthermore, they co-founded Bevy Social in 2013 and served as the CEO until 2015. Currently, Adam is the Host & Speaker at Leadership Tonight, starting in 2020.
Adam Richichi, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Adelphi University. Adam also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from the same institution. In addition, Adam has obtained certifications in Sustainable Business Strategy and Disruptive Strategy from the Harvard Business School.
