Previously, Rosa held the position of Head of Global Business Optimisation & Tech Transformation at WonderSmile, and served as Senior Product Owner for Maritime Satellite Products at Inmarsat. Rosa's expertise includes change management roles at O2 (Telefónica UK) and Macquarie Group, focusing on global procurement and transformation initiatives. With experience in business transformation and systems analysis at Commonwealth Bank and Count Financial, Rosa has a strong foundation in IT capability uplift and process optimisation, bolstered by a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Macquarie University.
