Tracy Pham

Tracy Pham has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tracy is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Dental Care Alliance since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Affiliate Engagement at the same company starting from January 2020. Tracy also worked as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Dental Care Alliance from September 2016 to January 2020. Before joining Dental Care Alliance, Tracy worked as the Human Resources Manager at HCR ManorCare from August 2015 to September 2016. Tracy also served as the Employment/Human Resources Manager at Community Health Systems from October 2010 to July 2014. Tracy's career in HR started at The Home Depot, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist from December 2009 to April 2010. Prior to that, they gained substantial experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at Protocol Global Solutions from March 1999 to December 2009.

Tracy Pham earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Saint Leo University from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained a Certification in HR Management from the University of South Florida in 2001-2002.
