Eric Newman

Eric Newman has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Eric currently holds the position of Senior Director - Human Resources at DENTALEZ, where they provide state-of-the-art dental practice solutions. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Opyn Market, a healthcare technology company. Eric also held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Reliance Standard and Executive Director, Senior Human Resources Partner at FS Investments. Eric has a strong background in building and aligning human resources teams to support strategic objectives. Eric has also taught as an Adjunct Faculty at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and served as the Director of Human Resources for Hirtle Callaghan and Co. and the Philadelphia Eagles. Eric has expertise in implementing and leveraging PeopleSoft applications and has experience in university administration as an Assistant Dean of Students at Drexel University.

Eric Newman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor Relations and Finance from The Wharton School. Eric also holds a Master of Education (MsE) degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Predictive Index Practitioner from The Predictive Index in March 2013, and as a Hogan Assessment Certified professional from Hogan Assessment Systems in June 2012.
