Rajat Anand

Rajat Anand has a diverse work experience beginning in 2016 as a Project Trainee for the Department of Urban Development in the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. In this role, they were involved in mapping Mohallas and integrating services of various departments. In 2018, they worked as a Research Intern for the Office of Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh. In 2019, they joined Dentalkart as a Part-Time Consultant and later became a Supply Chain Intern, where they redesigned standard operating procedures and trained employees. Rajat is currently employed at Dentalkart as the Operations Manager and recently assumed the position of Head of Business Operations in 2022.

Rajat Anand completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2020 at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur. During their time at the institute, they studied subjects such as Finance, Marketing, HR, Analytics, and Operations. Before pursuing their MBA, Rajat obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.

Prior to their Bachelor's degree, Rajat completed their Intermediate 10+2 education at St. Pauls School in Gorakhpur from 2012 to 2014. Rajat focused on subjects such as Science, Maths, and Computer Applications. Before that, they completed their 10th grade education at St. Paul's School in Gorakhpur, where they studied Languages, Sciences, and Maths.

In addition to their formal education, Rajat Anand has obtained several certifications. Rajat obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG in October 2018. Rajat also obtained a certification in Finance and Banking Fundamentals (India) from Finitiatives Learning India Pvt Ltd. (FLIP) in September 2018. In October 2015, Rajat obtained a certification in PLC & SCADA from CETPA Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
