Dr. Aman ElDuweini, BDS, MBA

Dr. Aman ElDuweini has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and industries. Starting in 1999, Dr. ElDuweini worked as a Media and Marketing Manager and also served as an Oral Surgeon at Al Salama Hospital. In 2001, they joined Al Noor Hospital Group, where they held various roles over a thirteen-year period. Dr. Aman served as Corporate Director of Continuing Education and Oral Surgeon, establishing the first Continuing Education Department in the private hospital sector in Abu Dhabi. Dr. ElDuweini also held positions as Continuing Medical Education and International Relations Manager, Research and Development Manager, and Media and Promotion Manager at Al Noor Hospital Group. During their tenure, they directed and led multicultural teams in organizing international conferences, exhibitions, and public awareness episodes. Dr. Aman was also involved in various committees and advisory boards within the healthcare industry. In 2004, Dr. ElDuweini worked as an Adjunct Lecturer in Health Sciences at Abu Dhabi Women's College, where they taught courses and provided guidance to students. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Grant Writer and Researcher for Habitat for Humanity Halton-Mississauga. Later on, they founded Grant Dynamix Consultancy in 2016, a grant writing service assisting non-profit organizations and small businesses in Ontario, Canada. Dr. Aman'smost recent positions include Director of Dental Services at Grover Dental Care from 2018 to 2022 and their current role as Dentist Relations & Continuing Education Manager - Canada-wide at Dentalook starting in 2022.

Dr. Aman ElDuweini, BDS, MBA completed a Bachelor's degree in Oral and Dental Surgery from Cairo University, Egypt from 1989 to 1994. In 1997 and 1998, Dr. ElDuweini obtained the American National Dental Board (Part 1 and 2) certification from the American National Board Dental Examinations, The Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations. From 2011 to 2017, Dr. ElDuweini pursued a Masters in Business Administration degree with a specialization in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, UK. Additionally, Dr. ElDuweini has obtained various certifications including a Strategic Coach - Team Tools Certificate from The Strategic Coach in June 2018, a Networking Events Organizer certification from EventTrix in January 2018, a Major Gifts and Legacy Giving for Charity Organizations Certificate from Clearview Consulting in November 2016, and a Smart Serve Certification from Smart Serve Ontario in August 2015.
