Vicki Coates

Vicki Coates is a seasoned Healthcare Operations Executive with extensive experience in strategic planning and product management. They served as the VP of Strategic Planning and Product Line Management at MetroWest Medical Center from 1983 to 1993, and later held roles including Director of the National Sales Division at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Vice President of Product Management at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from 1997 to 2012. Currently, Vicki is the Vice President of Provider Operations and Management at DentaQuest, while pursuing a Master’s in Health Care Administration at Clark University and holding a B.A. from Colby College.
